1/10 Ways to style Bralettes

Today’s women are strong, opinionated and unstoppable. And therefore the trend we are about to discuss is equally unstoppable and above all bold! Introducing, the trend we all are going gaga over, The Bralette. They are all things fun and versatile and we are sure you will find your own way of styling these new closet staples.

So here are some suggestions on how you can style them up this summer!

2/10 Add Some Layers

Incorporate this trend into your daytime look by adding some layers. You don’t have to go all out, just a subtle hint of a bralette underneath your favorite cutout top or dress makes the look work. Our designer Pushpak Vimaan does this look in their Summer Resort 2016 collection called Pankh, with a sense of summer ease.

3/10 White Eunoia

Eunoia means beautiful thinking and that is exactly what comes to our mind when we see this design from 431-88 by Shweta Kapur's SS 2016 collection, “The Misfits”. The whole white code is far from boring and mundane. Bralettes worn under bomber jacket make a perfect travel look. If you are planning to go for a road trip or for an excursion, then keep this look in mind!

4/10 Rasavada

The taste of bliss in absence of all the thoughts is what Rasavada actually means and it is perfect description for this outfit by Payal Singhal. The outfit is apt for all those occasions when you want to experiment yet stay on subtle side. The silver bralette, along with the dhoti pants is definitely a clever move.

5/10 Set the Tone with Monotone

Actress Esha Gupta was spotted sporting monotone seperates by designer Nikhil Thampi. The coordinated seperates keep the outfit clean and simple, yet the bralette adds the perfect touch of femininity. The belt straps surely have us nodding towards adding accessories to your monotone look to give it some dimension.

6/10 Add some Pixie Dust!

Shruti Hasan was spotted wearing this beautiful two-piece dress by Shantanu and Nikhil at the Filmfare Awards red carpet. The glittery long skirt which has hints of dark glitter along with a mesh inset bralette is quite a work of genius. The use of different fabrics makes this look work and tells us that there is no limitation to what you can pair favorite bralette with!

7/10 Put Lace on Top

Our obsession with black is real. We love how Jacqueline has combined all forms of black in one, from satin to lace. The black bralette beneath a sheer lace dress is definitely not everyone’s cup of tea. But if your are one of the few who has that confidence, wear this dress to an evening gala or a night party. Both red lips as well some nice nude pink lips would compliment the gown. So we say, grab your old lace dress and revamp it into this new layered look of all black!

8/10 Red Riding Hood

The outfit is designed by Aruni Banditanukul and is perfect for dates and romantic evenings. The flouncy red bralette along with the satin skirt which has contrast of red and off white is spot on. It shows the right amount of skin and you can style it with a nice side braid as well. Add a smile as your best accessory.

9/10 Comfortable Contrasts

Another one of Aruni's creation, this one has a contrast of red and navy blue giving us a color block look in one. The outfit is perfect for those nights out in town with the girls, where you know you will be dancing into the morning. The whole look is quite easy and breathable.

10/10 Beach Wear

In its natural habitat, the bralette likes to be at the beach and loves the sun. So skip the water and hang out at the shore in printed, laced, monotone or even sparkly bralette of your choice! Add a sarong and the look is yours to own! Don’t let the bikinies intimidate you, you have the bralette to rescue.
